Terms of use
What the site offers, and what it does not promise.
Updated 20 August 2026
Purpose
This site offers, free of charge, weekly menus, recipes, a shopping list and quantities worked out for a profile. It is meant for private individuals, for personal use.
Using it means accepting these terms.
This is not medical advice
The calorie targets and the grammes shown are estimates, worked out from public formulas and the answers you give. They are indications, not a prescription.
This site replaces neither a doctor nor a dietitian. Ask a professional before following these quantities, especially during pregnancy or breastfeeding, with diabetes, kidney, heart or liver disease, while under treatment, with an eating disorder, or for a child or a teenager.
Nutritional values come from composition tables and vary from one product to another. Allergens are not flagged: always read the label.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your password to yourself and for what is done from your account. Tell us if you think it has been used without your agreement.
The answers you give should be truthful: an inaccurate profile produces inaccurate quantities.
Availability
This site is a personal project, offered with no guarantee of availability or continuity. It may be interrupted, changed or stopped at any time, without notice.
Recipes and menus stay readable offline once the site has been visited; signing in to an account, however, needs a connection.
Liability
The publisher cannot be held liable for the consequences of using the information published, for a loss of data, or for the service being unavailable.
This limit does not apply to intentional fault or personal injury, as the law provides.
Ending use
You may stop using the site at any time and ask for your account to be deleted. The publisher may close an account that is being plainly misused.
Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute an amicable solution will be sought first; failing that, the French courts have jurisdiction.
